Someone who's made mistakes, learned the hard way, and wishes he'd known then what he knows now.
The Car Ride Home is my way of helping families navigate the emotional terrain of youth sports with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
Too many kids, nearly 70% quit sports by age 13. Not because they stop loving the game, but because the experience stops loving them back. My hope is that this book helps parents and coaches create moments that keep kids in the game longer.
